At the T. C. Construction and Design INC we offer a full range of Designing and
Engineering services... We offer preliminary project visibility studies for every
project to help the client determine if the project and site are coherent with each
other, to avoid wasting the clients resources.
Upon completion of the feasibility study, if the project is sound and the client
makes a decision to move forward, a meeting is set at the site to determine the
site's characteristics, assets and liabilities...from there, bubble diagrams to
determine rooms' connectivity es are developed and presented to the customer for
their comment and approval.
The process then evolves from meeting to meeting, always listening and observing
the clients' needs and requests to determine what we believe to be the client's
dream project.
Most of this work is computer generated in 3D to facilitate client's understanding
and visualisation as our clients come to us from all walks of life.
After the architectural package is developed, the project is turned over to our
company's engineering department, where the structural work is performed to meet
all state and local codes as well as client's requests and budget concerns...the
entire package is then taken to the regulatory agencies, for the purpose of
acquiring the necessary permits for construction purposes.
The client has at this point the right to hire our construction firm to build the
project, or take it on him/herself to build it once, at the site for which the project
was designed and developed.
The work / drawings remains the property of our company and associates and we
shall never build again an exact replica of the project, even though some of the
design characteristics might be employed in similar style projects.
All of this is work and process is performed in a very friendly atmosphere, always
having the clients needs and concerns as our utmost focus.
From residential to commercial and perpetual projects, bottom line, we strive to
please you and exceed your expectations.
